HOW IT WORKS
An adventure for everyone
Tegwal brings together curated group departures and fully bespoke itineraries—whether you want to join a thoughtfully designed journey or shape every detail with our team. Our catalogue spans destinations worldwide, with experiences suited to different budgets, fitness levels, and travel styles. Browse tegwaltours.com for scheduled trips, explore bespoke tour collections, or submit a Build My Trip brief when you already know what you want.
Simple steps to book your trip
Start by choosing a published itinerary or requesting a custom quote. Add traveller details exactly as they should appear on tickets and manifests, select dates where offered, then complete checkout with the deposit or charge shown on screen. You will receive confirmation by email once payment has cleared and the reservation is secured. Create an account to manage preferences, save documents, and track bookings in one place.
BOOKING
How do I book an adventure?
Open the trip page on tegwaltours.com, check availability and pricing, then follow the booking flow: traveller information, add-ons if available, and secure payment. For tailor-made programmes, use Build My Trip or email info@tegwaltours.com with dates, party size, and interests—we will respond with next steps and any supplementary forms.
Can I modify my booking?
Contact us as soon as plans change. Amendments depend on airline, hotel, and ground-supplier rules plus remaining inventory. Date shifts, room changes, or traveller name corrections may incur fare differences, penalties, or service fees. We will outline options and costs before proceeding so you can decide knowingly.
What is the cancellation policy?
Unless your confirmation states otherwise, our standard framework is: more than 30 days before departure—approximately 90% refund of the total trip price; between 20 and 30 days—approximately 50% refund; fewer than 20 days—non-refundable. Promotional fares or contracted allotments may carry stricter rules; those conditions are disclosed before payment. Travel insurance remains the best hedge against unexpected changes.
How far in advance should I book?
Popular seasons and small-group trips can sell out months ahead—especially holidays, wildlife migrations, or yacht charters. As soon as passports, vacation approval, and budgets align, secure space with the required deposit. Need flights from multiple cities or specialist cabins? Earlier planning gives us more leverage with suppliers.
PAYMENTS
What payment methods can I use?
Checkout displays the card brands and currencies we can accept for your booking. Payments are processed through our certified payment gateway with bank-grade encryption; we never store full card numbers on Tegwal servers. If an alternative arrangement is required for corporate or charter bookings, mention it when you enquire.
When is payment due?
Unless your itinerary specifies different milestones: pay a 50% deposit to confirm, then settle the remaining balance no later than 30 days before departure. Missing the final payment deadline may trigger automatic cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit according to supplier contracts. You will see currency, amounts, and due dates in your confirmation and payment reminders.
PARTNERSHIPS
Can I host adventures with you?
We collaborate with exceptional guides, ground operators, lodges, and creatives who share our standards for safety, storytelling, and guest care. If you operate experiences travellers would love—or wish to co-design a hosted departure—send a concise overview (destination, capacity, licensing, sample itineraries, media links) to info@tegwaltours.com with "Partnership proposal" in the subject line.
How do partnerships work?
Every collaboration begins with alignment on brand values, operational compliance, insurance, and sustainability expectations. Our commercial team reviews inbound proposals, may request references or audits, and discusses contracting models (fixed departures, white-label series, media swaps, etc.). Timelines vary by region and complexity; NDAs are available when commercially sensitive details are exchanged.
