Yes, absolutely! We offer trip reservations for a limited time period. You can reserve your preferred trip dates while you finalize your plans. Reservations are held for up to 48 hours, giving you time to confirm your booking. Contact our team to set up a reservation.
Unless your trip displays different terms: a 50% deposit confirms your booking; the remaining balance is due 30 days before departure. If full payment is not received by the deadline, the reservation may be cancelled and the deposit may not be refunded. Card payments are processed securely by our certified payment provider—we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Yes, you can cancel your reservation, but the refund depends on when you cancel. If you cancel early enough, you may receive a full or partial refund. Closer to the trip date, cancellations become non-refundable. For shorter trips, you’ll get a full refund if you cancel at least 14 days before, and a partial refund if it’s between 10 to 8 days. For longer or international trips, cancellations made more than 40 days in advance are mostly refundable, while anything closer is non-refundable. If anything changes, it’s always best to reach out as early as possible — we’ll guide you through your options.
